Contractor Jon Traeger had a dream for this property a number of years ago and collaborated with Joel Sherman to design the perfect residence for this lot.  It was important to him to achieve what the architect designed, keeping every bit of its integrity.  The project presented constant challenge, from the pin-o=point straight sided plaster towers to the floating cabinets, steps and hearths that echo the floating concept of the overall design.  construction has gone "Above and Beyond" for long-lasting life and all phases of it.
